WARM System Waste Collections

The WARM system has a 'Driver Portal' to enable the efficient completion of waste collections.

The portal is secured by password and will, by default, show the collections the driver is due to complete.

Once a collection is selected for completion all information regarding that collection is displayed, including the expected waste.

The system is simple, the driver can select each expected waste type and add the quantity or weight of the waste as well as the container the waste is in, if any. The driver can also mark if weights have been estimated or weighed. The driver will also be able to add any unexpected waste, whould that be appropriate.

Upon completion of listing all of the wastes the person witnessing the collection on the site (Consignee in Consignment Note terms) can approve the listing and sign for it.

As well as completing the collection, this will create the required paperwork such as Consignment Notes or Waste Transfer Notes.

Completed documentation can be printed using mobile devices, but can also or alternatively send by email. It will also show immediately on the sites own portal if that is employed.

Completed documentation is also stored on the drivers own portal, so should a vehicle inpection happen all of the required document for the wastes being carried is available. This can also be emailed to the inspectorate if required.

Vehicle stock can then be 'dropped' to either a waste destination for recycling/processing or can be moved to another vehicle for transportation to such.

All driver transactions during the route is reflected immediately on the wider WARM System.

During the route the drivers location is transmitted to the wider WARM system on a regular basis (5 minutes by default), so you can keep track or the driver too.
