WARM System CRM

Firstly, the term CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is not a perfect fit! Most of WARM users deploy the system to manage relationships with the companies they buy from, but it can manage customers too.

The CRM is simple, yet powerful. The initial access to the system will show a list of tasks that have been allocated to the user that are either overdue, due or expected soon. These are sorted, by default, in order of when the task is expected.

From there the user can sort the list, or even choose to view someone else's list they have been given permissions for.

The system has default activity types, but each company can add thier own and tasks can be allocated to anyone, including the user, meaning you could keep your personal 'task list' in the system, if you wish.

Telephoning, whatsapping, texting or emailing from within the system is supported.

Once an activity is selected to be completed, the task screen will open.

There are controls within the system to check the status of each site, so those who do not meet the Waste Duty of Care code of practise are not purchased from. And those whose contact has been suspended are not contacted.

There are facilites to manage site classification, so you are able to add things like 'Hot', 'Cool', 'Dead' etc to classify sites. You are also able to set activity types that automatically assign a status upon completion. You could, for instance, set a rule that says once waste has been purchased from a site set it's status to 'Hot'.
