WARM System Due Diligence
As Waste Carriers, Dealers, Brokers or Managers there is a legal requirement to ensure the Waste Producer fulfills the Duty of Care requirements for the waste.
The WARM System has some built in controls, such as the recording and dating of relevent licences.
Beyond that, there is a module aimed at proving you have deployed reasonable due diligence when choosing to buy or receive waste from someone.
The system operates as a portal, where the waste producer can manage and maintain thier own information and users within the wider WARM system and view this and approve purchasing.
The system will retain all documentation provided by the waste producer to verify thier identity and legal status.
Once a waste producer is approved using the system thier compliance is used until such validation expires, which will depend on the type of company or member of the public they are.
If there are financial limits on purchasing for the waste producer, the system will restrict purchases to within this limit.
As the system can contain personal information access is very restrictive and all data is stored encrypted, keeping you and the waste producers information safe.
