WARM System CRM Planning
When an activity is added to the system without allocating it to any individual user or to a specific date it automatically goes into an 'unplanned' status.
The planning screen allows a user with appropriate authority to allocate those activities.
The activities are separated by type, so that calls and emails etc are not mixed in with waste collections.
On site activities are show with mapping, to aid optimum effectiveness for mobile workforces.
When offering date and users all pertinent information is available to the person allocating the activity. This includes users availability, skills and existing activity already allocated. So, double booking and rescheduling are avoided.
All unplanned tasks are listed in 'urgency' order, but as ever, in WARM, clicking on column headers will sort the information however you wish.
