WARM System Waste Requests

When the system is deployed to manage the collection of wastes for resuse or recycling, making it easy for sites to request a watse collection is important.

For sure, staff managing existing relationships is brilliant for collection requests and using local knowledge to prospect for waste collections is invaluable.

But, beyond that, how easy is it to request a waste collection?

WARM has a module that allows a waste collection request to be added from either the system front end, or for that to be added to an existing website.

Collection locations and waste types required can all be set up within the admin sections.

Once a collection request has been added, this automatically starts a predefined set of actions that might include, quote for the collection or call the site or decline the collection etc.
