WARM System Vehicle Checks

The system Vehicle Check module is the only module that can be standalone. The reason it can be standalone is that it is not dependant on the CRM.

Vehicle walkarounds are mandatory checks required by DVLA for all HGV fleets, and also very sensible for any commercial vehicle fleet.

The module presents the 27 required checks, allowing the driver to mark if the check is satisfied but to also add a note against the check. The vehicle mileage is also recorded. Photos can also be uploaded against any of the checks.

Digital and paper copies of the checks are retained and sent to designated people in the organistions, so the fleet can be managed.

If a vehicle fails the check, immediate notifcation will be sent to designated persons so the correct remedial actions to get the vehicle roadworthy.
